love and hate are kinda tied up together, you'd be surprised how easy it is for one to turn into the other.

I’m sorry if I come off all high and mighty or something but, what’s the problem? This isn’t anything new considering what most other characters do in the show, shocking for sure, but it’s not even an issue whatsoever lol

Just look at the actual party. Hate in a way isn't the opposite of love because ultimately they share the same root, passion

We don't exactly know the official relationship between them beyond the fact that they live together.
