Feb 26th:A new bill in Arizona is making its way through the Senate that would force sites like e621 to implement mandatory age verification for all users—or face potential lawsuits. This system would require third-party vendors to verify every user’s age through a government database. Not only is this a massive violation of privacy, but it also introduces serious risks, including identity theft through phishing schemes and other malicious methods. Worse still, we would have no control over ensuring that user data is permanently deleted after verification.
Since e621 operates out of Arizona, this law would almost certainly impact us if it passes. If you want to help ensure that we can continue serving you without being forced to collect personal information, we urge you to contact Arizona’s senators and ask them to vote NO on this bill.
Please help spread the word about this issue and encourage others to take action.
Further information on the bill itself can be found at the Free Speech Coalition: https://action.freespeechcoalition.com/bill/arizona-hb-2112/

Cats that go to StarClan are usually seen with stars or some sorta glow around them, from what I've read and seen in the official Graphic Novels.

MemberIcepaw is a girl! I apologize for the confusion, whoever posted this tagged it as male/male despite her gender being stated in-text (a molly is a female cat). I've changed the tags to intersex and gynomorph now.
As for the "stars", they're not actually there. They are just a visual representation of her trauma and dissociation, as well as a pun on her name- The "Ice" prefix, Icepaw, with snow-like particles floating around her. I imagine being raped by your mentor in the middle of camp while your Clanmates watch and laugh must make her feel quite cold inside. Like being lost in a snowstorm.

MemberY’know, when on the funny furry porn website, i didn’t expect to see one of the most unique metaphors for post-trauma disassociation.
Clearly you give a shit about long term effects of rape, even within your art, but it makes me wonder-
How can you bear to draw this?
This isn’t me kink-shaming people who are into it or anything, but most people who draw Forced art never really stop and think “how would this effect the character,” and for the most part, it makes them not feel bad about it (I say this from personal experience).
But you manage to tell this sort of story and are willing to draw this, seemingly without regret.
From one artist/writer to another: How do you do it? How are you able to make art of this nature, while acknowledging the long term effects, without feeling guilty?
Anyways, great art! Made me stop and think a bit.

MemberThank you for your comment! It makes me genuinely quite happy when I see responses that show my art provoked thoughts in those that see it.
To start, I feel like I should say that this is Lizbian_Lesard's character and story. It isn't my personal work, but rather an hommage to their own series, in which I believe they depict, amidst a variety of other, similarly heavy topics, the consequences of sexual assault in a nuanced and complex manner, while still being observed through the lens of pornography.
To answer you, I can bear to draw this because, like a number of artists that I know draw this kind of "forced" content, I've been through bad things myself. I am not a happy person, and the stories I want to tell through my art, whether they be other people's or my own's, aren't the happiest either. There are many who simply write it for titilating purposes, without much thought attached beyond the initial sexuality of it- which is, I believe, where a lot of "forced" porn comes from- depictions that borrow more of particularly rough sex than they do rape, designed purposefully, as you wrote, to avoid sparking the feeling of guilt in the viewer.
And there are those which avoid depicting the topic in an earnestly sexual manner whatsoever, actively ignoring that aspect within their depiction in favor of focusing solely on the trauma it brings, for fear of being accused of sexualizing the topic.
I feel both are lackluster for different reasons: one shows sex without trauma, the other trauma without sex. Either way, you get an incomplete picture, something that doesn't truly represent what makes rape what it is.
This is fine, of course! Different things are for different folks, after all, and everyone has their own story to tell.
But like I said: I believe that these depictions aren't "rape".
The core discomfort that springs from the clash between the sexuality of the initial action, leading into the misery that haunts the victim afterwards? That conflict, that guilt that you feel, that fundamental subversion of expectations: "I thought this would be hot, now I'm just sad".
That is what I want to depict.
Because I do feel guilty. I do feel uncomfortable.
But porn, just like any other media- can convey a story. And I believe that even stories like these deserve to be told, no matter how uncomfortable or painful they might be.

MemberAh, I definitely second so much of this, and thanks for the shoutout and credit given, I greatly appreciate that all. I doubt the original commenter wants to hear my opinion, but as the creator of Icepaw, her stories, and the whole universe she lives in, a lot of it largely exists as a way for me to tackle these very dark and morbid topics through a lens I find provides a raw and accurate way to depict a lot of the details I want to cover when writing, that being best explored through a pornographic one. I hold a similar viewpoint as Sinner regarding a lot of the forced porn out there, or other content that covers rape, and with my writing, as well as Icepaw's stories, a lot of the reasoning behind their existence is that I want there to be long-lasting grief and misery and consequences to the events that I write, even if they might also be indulgent and sexual in nature. The primary purpose is to be intense and uncomfortable in ways, because I'm not really writing the smut I do, creating the pornographic content I make to get off on it, it's to tell stories and explore some very real and unpleasant things through a medium that I'm actually capable of exploring such ideas through. But anyways, that's just some of my thoughts on it all, as the individual who wrote and created the setting Icepaw exists in.

MemberTo be honest, i wasn’t actually expecting an answer, let alone one this in depth and this soon.
As an Ex-nsfw artist and a bit of a pyschology nerd, this is really interesting to me! Thank you for your time!
Huh. I’d first like to apologize, i was unaware it was your story and character.
Seeing as you’re the one who made the story, i 100% want your opinion as well.
People using pornography to tell a story instead of just something to get off on is honestly really interesting to me, as not very many people do it, but for a story about Rape, exploring it through the medium of pornography does genuinely make a lot of sense!
I greatly appreciate your response as well!

MemberOh, no reason to apologize, though I'm glad you're actually interested in my own opinion as well lol. I have admittedly quite similar reasons to Sinner as to why I wish to tell some of these sorts of stories, I've personally not had the best experiences myself and it helps to get,out a lot of my own issues and frustrations if I can express them through creating art and telling stories that explore those ideas and concepts in a very hard-hitting and open manner. So while I may just be making furry smut, it's just a very helpful and useful medium for me to express myself and my ideas, and having it all be pornographic in nature very much helps with that expression.
