I'm in the same boat. The animal noises wasn't 100% my thing, but I do have to comment on the animation quality and writing. And the wholesome ending as well. This was more than just your typical porn animation here, this was excellently animated and shot

To answer your side note, because E6 uses a "tag what you see" since it's an image booru of sorts. So if you see two girls going at it, it's lesbian, even if those characters are bi or pan ECT.

But the tag's F/F here and not lesbian, and it wouldn't explain the comments, since from the dialogue it's clear at least one of them is bi and not lesbian.
