The Zaibatsu of Dhaal are the sole, 'legal' employer of all commerce and industry on the planet. This is quite a momentous undertaking, as you might expect, and demands that they keep any number of enforcement agents to actively police their goings on. When it comes to their personal armies, heavily cyberized super soldiers and roboticized dolls tend to make up the elite corps, protecting the most important aspects of their holdings. The far less expensive wing of guild protection is the Goon Squad, like this girl here. Outfitted with the best weaponry the syndicates are comfortable issuing to commoners, these girls serve as the heel to the Corpo boot. Though they don't have the cybernetics of the XOs, these gals have enough gear and numbers to keep the vox populi out of Zaibatsu affairs.
