News: Feb 26, 2025 Show

Feb 26th:A new bill in Arizona is making its way through the Senate that would force sites like e621 to implement mandatory age verification for all users—or face potential lawsuits. This system would require third-party vendors to verify every user’s age through a government database. Not only is this a massive violation of privacy, but it also introduces serious risks, including identity theft through phishing schemes and other malicious methods. Worse still, we would have no control over ensuring that user data is permanently deleted after verification.

Since e621 operates out of Arizona, this law would almost certainly impact us if it passes. If you want to help ensure that we can continue serving you without being forced to collect personal information, we urge you to contact Arizona’s senators and ask them to vote NO on this bill.

Please help spread the word about this issue and encourage others to take action.

Jan 7th: Small update to the Uploading Guidelines today: We now no longer allow paintovers of AI generated content. Or in other words AI generated content that has been edited to some degree by humans.

Bat Burglar - 2

Hey, everyone! I'm finally back from my little vacation hanging out with my good friends, Magnolia and Reixi! Before relaying some of the fun things I did while away, I wanted to get out a new drawing to share with you all! Not sure why I chose to do something with this character, but I'm glad I did now that it's finished. I really like how this redesign came out. ///v/// I may have to draw her again cause of that.

I really miss being where I was... TvT The weather was really nice and never feeling like it got much hotter than mid 70s°F. As soon as I got back though, I got blasted with 90° weather upon stepping out of the airport. TvT We wound up going to a lot of comic shops and I was really excited to find a good couple of out-of-print things, including: Gunsmith Cats omnibus 1 and the 3 collected editions of Cassandra Cain's Batgirl 2000 run. Some of those shops were really incredible too. I'm really bummed out that I don't have constant access to those shops.

We also did quite a bit of mini-golf and bowling. I think I only wound up winning 1 of those games though. Mag and Reixi were too powerful... It was a real bummer though that we weren't able to see the aurora either. The weather was solid overcast during the entire weekend of that geomagnetic storm. A nice consolation though was having a nice meals and educating both Magnolia and Reixi on films they hadn't seen.

Magnolia-Ducky was an excellent host and I'll need to draw her a thank you something soon! I wanna come back and hang out with you both again TvT/

Now that I'm back, I now have a few other new films I need to catch up on and that Paper Mario re-release to play even though Mag kept prodding me to catch up on Star Rail. >v>;;;
