But considering how the rights' nose is square like a male and not pointed like the MLP females. I can only assume it's a male as well.

The operative word being "humanoid" I said. 95% or so of the MLP art which features a "humanized" body for the ponies on this site. Are typically sporting the parts associated with each gender.

And besides, anyone who knows Braeburn from the show. Can likely tell that that is him on the left there. And since HE is the one with the cock in his mouth, I'm pretty sure that the "gay" tag should be applicable here :I

It's not easy to tell, but I believe they are anthro here, which makes what you just said irrelevant. Anthro mares always get huge tits added on.
But more importantly, Braeburn and Sorin are known to be guys.

Then again, if I wanted them to be female instead, there's little ruining that for me. They're whatever I want, they look correct either way... So I don't know what the tags should be there. They're guys, unless you don't want them to be. Is that really ambiguous gender? It probably is.

The one on the right is in fact soarin,he is seen the same way in another picture but there is no solid proof other than his mane inside of THIS particular picture.

The chest of braeburned on the left is anthro, not feral, thus the dude is anthro with a male chest, making this gay, we can't say anything about the one the right though so that one gets the ambiguous_gender.
