Don't care if it's futa or not, these toys are cheap (as in poorly made) and the company customer service is garbage (got one toy damaged, the other was the wrong one, the rep basically asked me if I could still just use them anyway rather than go through the hassle of them sending me replacements). Furthermore, one of them had a dick, and the steel rod they used to maintain its shape was beginning to punch out through the silicone; anyone who buys one of these toys to penetrate themselves has a death wish.
