Fur pretending not to know Night is tough.

Just read the entire thing up to this point and I am so invested. The guilt Night is feeling is powerful and I'm glad she finally came to her senses. Poor Fur, though. I can't imagine that was easy for her to say either. She wants a friend and has to deny it to protect someone that was genuinely nice to her and that she cares about. What a ride so far!
