Description

Arcane Enchantress

"Through the amethyst trees to the castle of Yrrmo the acolytes from lands distant flock. Yrrmo's famed halls, courts, libraries and towers speak of an ideal of sorcery and learning barely rivaled anywhere else. Many become besotted with its splendor amidst the trees and the veil of lingering night, yet some forget that this is not a shelter for the dim of thought. I have seen many wash out of these halls... But those who show the aptitude, the potential in their gift of magicks, may rise to great esteem. They may yet prove to move the circles of our very world with their fresh insights! And all will still redound to the pursuits of knowledge arcane and fathomless.

"This is what I intend to pull from you, my new adepts.

"You have of course heard that my methods are... unorthodox. However my results are unimpeachable, and the high druids here have come to accept them and see within my tutelage the potential to unlock new ways of communing with the keys of this plane. You have done well to earn my favor towards nurturing in this fashion, for I do not rest until I have seen your seedlings bloom.

"Prepare yourselves: Brungeila demands the utmost of her adepts."

An enchanting flat color stream piece for Thaeliscyn of their succulent sorceress corvid-hippogryph, Brungeila. I'd been champing at the bit to get her under my pen, and couldn't help but place her in one of my mystical studiums as befitting her station (a place I absolutely yearn to illustrate sometime but for now, this'll do). She's made herself right at home, ready to use her powers and imposing, nurturing prowess to milk the potential from her students!

To the unmotivated, she will not be easy to satisfy. Best study hard.
