MemberGet a smaller cage.
If it's small enough, you can position your urethra to push against the cage and you can still pee standing up.
You have to be careful since it can shift around during sleep, but it's definitely consistently possible.
Edit:
And hold back your testicles or they'll get wet.

MemberI think it's more comfortable to sit and pee. I stand up to pee in public restrooms though, cuz those seats nasty.
