There's five ridges intersecting her cloaca, maybe six with one right at the "front" end but we'll call it five. The vagina runs between ridges 1-3 from front to back, and the anus starts at ridge 4. If you look closely you can see the darker blue parts inside the less dark cyan surroundings. Front in this case being towards the ground since she's stomach-down.
