    The red bar by the 99 actually shows that he's dazed, the circle shows that he's on the verge of some kinda dick anomaly.
    Just a guess but that's probably meant to show much of the dick is left to take since it kind of looks like a knot or maybe it is an orgasm meter like the other guy said.
