Aster can use their bodily traits to present as any biological sex they wish, to maximise their sexual appeal. They take advantage of this ability of theirs as often as they can- prideful about doing so. Aster also has great joy in making people uncertain of what sex (and gender) they are, which their polymorphism helps with quite a bit.
