Happy Halloween! Rotom was always one of my favorite Pokemon because of its design and its various forms, and given its ghost typing and mischievous nature, I figured that it would be fun to do something with it for the holiday. This worked out really well for me, given that there was that massive Game Freak leak recently that showed a prototype design for Wash Rotom that... decidedly did not look quite like a washing machine. Naturally, one thing led to another, and now this mysterious silhouette in the third panel is going to make the Rotom regret living. Guess it serves the Rotom right for trying to scare somebody in a haunted house, but I don't think anybody deserves what the electric ghost has in store for it...
