“Would you like some bells?” the medical officer suddenly spoke into the helmet he was wearing. A probable muffled almost inaudible yes escaped. The medical officer quickly fixed four golden bells, one into the collar, one onto a bow which was integrated into the end of the tail and two more were put into the back of his hand.

It was several minutes later before the helmet was finally removed revealing what he now looked like.

“Congratulations on your appearance. If you would just step over here and take a look at yourself. You are now a full citizen of Nekomimi 5.” The medical officer exclaimed.

I shuffled to a stand on my clawed feet and slowly walked over to the mirror. What stared back at me was a waist length long hair blond cat girl, complete with transforming high heel claw boots. Quick as a flash I moved my clawed hands into the areas between the black and pink/purple of the clothing hoping to tear it somewhat but my claws were useless against the clothing's slickness.
