Feb 26th:A new bill in Arizona is making its way through the Senate that would force sites like e621 to implement mandatory age verification for all users—or face potential lawsuits. This system would require third-party vendors to verify every user’s age through a government database. Not only is this a massive violation of privacy, but it also introduces serious risks, including identity theft through phishing schemes and other malicious methods. Worse still, we would have no control over ensuring that user data is permanently deleted after verification.

Since e621 operates out of Arizona, this law would almost certainly impact us if it passes. If you want to help ensure that we can continue serving you without being forced to collect personal information, we urge you to contact Arizona’s senators and ask them to vote NO on this bill.

Description

Making the yearly trip back up to Vermont to see the rest of the family again, Thanksgiving dinner is looking stacked this year in the Gallavander household. Now that Aunt Delilah moved down to live near her sister and nephew, it just made the reunion all the more exciting. Zeke was already prepared to be bombarded with the typical "how's it goin'?" style questions from his older relatives. This year, the festivities were being held at a cousin's house, exemplified by the extravagant and somewhat abstract paintings and other home decor.

As the family waited for Thanksgiving dinner to be served, it was prime time for catching up. Zeke's grandpa, seated all the way across the table, still managed to find a way to mess with the young man, "How ya been,
big fella? Hope ya ain't been givin' your mother too much trouble! Haha, just pullin' your tail, kiddo." Under a nervous grin, the purple fox answered, "I-I'm great, gramps. Doing good in class and...all that." In a change of pace from last year, Zeke made the change to an all-online program for his courses, owing to his...obligations to his mother and aunt. Evangeline realized her father was making her poor boy feel uncomfortable with the nonstop questions, so she sought to speak up for him, "Don't worry, pa. Sis and I are taking good care of him. He's still just a big mama's boy at the end of the day.~" Her sister, sat directly across from her, chuckled at her nephew's adorable blush, "Hehehe...he can even take care of us too! My lil' man is growing up to be such a lovely gentleman.~" Yep, it was definitely gramps causing Zeke to feel nervous and nothing else. Just a typical Gallavander Thanksgiving, ladies and gentlemen!

This is sort of a follow-up to last year's Thanksgiving animation, except now Aunt Delilah is in on Zeke's and Angie's shenanigans.     Is it just me, or do I like Delilah most in the family there. I guess it's that since Zeke's living with Evangeline, it's always a happy surprise for him to see his aunt. It's also the glasses for me<3
