Description
'Tis the season for cheer, good times, family and friends, and gifts. Many eager boys and girls send Santa their wishlists of what they want that year. Maybe they want some new games, some fancy new tech, new clothes, you know the drill. Though at some point, their parents have to break it to them that he isn't exactly, well, real. Whether or not you choose to be a believer in the man himself is up to you, but just the idea of a jolly big man who comes around once a year to bring happiness to all the boys and girls of the world is somewhat of an endearing thought, isn't it?
Zeke learned at a rather young age that Santa wasn't real. On the night of Christmas Eve, he witnessed mom putting the presents under the tree, all the while he was meant to be asleep. But the excited young lad wanted to catch the exact moment Santa chose to grace the Gallavander household with his presence (and presents). Alas, it was not to be, but what it did let him know was that his mother wanted to see him happy come Christmas morning. He remembers getting a picture of himself with Santa Claus at the mall as a young kit as well, sitting in his lap and telling him all the toys and games he wanted from the big red man. He promised the boy he'd swing by and give him all the presents he wanted, but he'd be too quick to be seen. A clever ploy that kept Zeke second guessing whether or not he just missed Santa on that night. Fast forward some years, and now Zeke was the big red man. As the not-so-young lady sat in his lap, he asked her, "What do you want for Christmas this year, young lady?" The pink fox in his lap sat upright and spoke into his ear, "Mmm...Santa, I want kits.~" Ho ho ho...her wish might be a tall ask, but Santa wouldn't want to disappoint such a pretty, proper lady now would he?

Merry early Christmas, y'all! This'll be the first of a few Christmas themed pieces to round off the year. I got some good stuff coming soon, so I hope you stick around for that. Also, how about them Game Awards last night, eh? Elden Ring Nightreign was a pleasant surprise to me, but I don't think anything can top the shock factor of Okami (one of my top favorite games of all time) getting a sequel. I'm telling ya, it took a while to happen but we won.
