Feb 26th:A new bill in Arizona is making its way through the Senate that would force sites like e621 to implement mandatory age verification for all users—or face potential lawsuits. This system would require third-party vendors to verify every user’s age through a government database. Not only is this a massive violation of privacy, but it also introduces serious risks, including identity theft through phishing schemes and other malicious methods. Worse still, we would have no control over ensuring that user data is permanently deleted after verification.

Since e621 operates out of Arizona, this law would almost certainly impact us if it passes. If you want to help ensure that we can continue serving you without being forced to collect personal information, we urge you to contact Arizona’s senators and ask them to vote NO on this bill.

Please help spread the word about this issue and encourage others to take action.

A delicate balance of predator and prey unfolds in the heart of a dense, frost-kissed forest. Three female wolves, blending seamlessly with the twilight shadows, move in perfect synchrony. Their ears perk forward, noses close to the ground, catching a rabbit's faint, panicked scent.

The small and swift rabbit darts through the underbrush, its soft fur brushing against the brittle remnants of autumn leaves. It zigzags in desperation, each leaps to outwit its pursuers. But the wolves are masters of the hunt, their coordinated movements a testament to their bond and primal instinct.

One wolf veers left, cutting off the rabbit’s path to safety, while another takes position to the right. The lead wolf surges forward, closing the gap with a surge of speed that seems almost effortless. The rabbit, realizing the trap, attempts one final, desperate burst of energy, but the trio is too precise, too determined.

With a swift leap, the lead wolf pins the rabbit, its capture as efficient as it is inevitable. The pack gathers, their breaths visible in the cold air as they assess their prize. For these hunters, it is not just a moment of survival—it is a testament to their teamwork and adaptability in the wild.

As the forest returns to silence, the delicate equilibrium of nature stands unshaken, a timeless dance of life and death.
