Description
From IB:
In addition to Metropolis Heart, I've been looking at my main commission again. It's taken longer than I thought, partially 'cause of illness and IRL, but also because I get extra critical on my paid works. This means that they're slower than my usual stuff, but also I'm really hard on myself, in addition to more artist's block. As such I'm looking at my current commission, and hey, it might be fine, but I'm looking at it like: 🤨
So! More practise. In addition to the inking, this is working on perspective, mainly Amy's legs: a lot of pictures (mine included) can sometimes falter a little on spread legs, making them too "flat" and making them look like short legs sticking straight out instead of pointed out at angles. I think I've done it well. (: Any thoughts?

Your artist's instinct is correct. Much like flipping a canvas, I'm rotating the image/my phone 90 degrees, and something about the perspective on the right thigh and knee is amiss. The calf and foot might have the correct perspective, depending upon her angle of bend, which appears to be ~45-degree.
But the amount of glute and thigh that are visible is communicating an angle around ~25-degrees. It almost looks profile-view.
The knee's skin fold lines communicate that I'm viewing the knee (and subsequently, the calf and foot) from the front. The angle isn't altogether wrong. Amy's bent legs would need that support trajectory. But it gets confusing when paired with the upper leg.
You could do one of two things:
*Go more rubberhose and on-model to allow the shading and Suspense of Disbelief to obscure things somewhat, or,
*Find some reference of this exact pose and very closely compare and contrast, until it's where you're comfortable with it. It doesn't have to be perfect, just to a point where looking at it only throws a Yellow Flag in your mind instead of a Red Flag.
Hope that helps and good luck! 🥺 👏 🎉 🩷
