Well allow me to play Devil's Advocate and hypothesize why one would not want to keep all of the FNAF fanmade content from both games under one copyright:

Let's say that somebody was searching for pleasurable explicit content on Bonnie from FNAF 1. They would click the bonnie_(fnaf) tag and look for it. However, the looker could be against Bonnie's new design. So they can search while also typing -five_nights_at_freddy's_2 in the search bar to remove the possibility of coming up with a more nightmarish search result.

Unless you get off to nightmare fuel, then hey - more power to ya. :D
