    uuh the doors still need energy to open up, without energy they would just slam down.
    (or the douchebags at Freddy Fazbears Pizza made a system that prevents the doors from that)

    last time i checked if you run out of energy they open :v
    also its better that way for safety reasons since in case of an fire you arent traped in there

    I entirely believe that they would specifically create electronic doors that remain open if there's no power.

    It fits in with my theory of "Freddy Fazbear's is owned by the Umbrella Corporation".

    The doors stay closed by magnetically sealing. When there isn't any power, they unseal.
