Didn't they change that awhile ago so that if the characters gender is known then it should be tagged as such?

I don't think so. Click for the explanation about genders under "The Debate" in the twys page.

Bear in mind that no tagging system is perfect, and genders are why TWYS ruling exists in the first place.

But wouldn't that be incorrect tagging? She is a known dickgirl, so wouldn't you tag her as such?

Don't know if you got any clarification of this, so... The problem is that while you might know that the character is a dickgirl, not everyone does (or even care?). The basic idea is that if you do a search for e.g. dickgirl solo you won't get this since there is not really anything in the picture itself suggesting dickgirl (except maybe a big butt). However if you know the character, or stumble across it, you could search for kyra instead and get all pictures of said character no matter what is visible or not in the pictures. This way the blacklists will work and the majority of people will be happy but it will of course never be perfect... But I hope that explains it.

Look at every other post of this character then tell me she is not a dick girl!

Here I got a few air tight arguments that Kyra is a dickgirl, no.1 in every other post she is one.
No.2 her name, and sex... change one thing about a character and it's not the same one (doesn't matter what...) so the name is the same first incorrect tag the characters' sex second, her name the people who changed the intersex tag should change the name too if they really want the character to be male so as male with Kyra character tag incorrect tagging; so either get rid of the name or change the intersex tag back...

BTW I can say this because that's how you get around copyright infringement laws: by changing one thing about anything to songs to characters...

Go by what the image shows, not by what outside information claims. If you only see male features, then it gets tagged as male.
