Man, he's going about this the wrong way. He should just go around the dildo in front of him. If it was long enough to be impossible to get off, he'd be deepthroating it at all times. Ignoring a need for oxygen, that would leave him with a suppressed gag reflex within a few hours. After that, it's just a matter of holding yourself forward and brute-forcing the combo.
