I doubt it. Lack of evidence, since it was all digested and flushed, and no witnesses. As far as the police know, he could have arrived, then wandered off and gotten mugged and killed or something. And at the most, if she hasn't had any prior offences, she'd get like 3 or 4 years. That is if they can prove she did it. And with no body, no weapon, and no witnesses, it's unlikely they'd achieve conviction.

Considering she can murder someone with no assistance, unarmed, and the chance of escape is slim at best, I'd say she'd be the big kid on the block, or they would keep her muzzled.
