As I read each page from when they started getting intimate I noticed that Vera wasn't really all that affected by the sexual intercourse with her son while he was obviously feeling it. But the fact that she's shaking in this page with the after-sex, with those expressions in the 2 middle panels, proves that she was in fact affected by it.
