It's not. (For future reference, if the tags suck--which happens a lot on this site, sadly--you're welcome to fix them. There's nothing like the mods getting pissed off that you fucked with the perfectly good tags or anything, unless they actually were perfectly good. Which they're clearly not.)

One vote for autofellatio, in that case. autocunnilingus exists, maybe it should be symmetrical.

Autofellatio is a better choice. More accurate, no underscore, grammatically correct. Popularity is a horrible guide to correctness.

Of course, I think it should be made into something unisex - self_oral or solo_oral or somesuch. Neither of the existing tags works for both genders, and a unisex tag could be whittled down by searching for male/female/herm alongside it.
