Description

"If you guys didnt already see, I got to design a character for a pony toy for bad dragon! So I had a lotta fun creating this Sugar Star character, a klutzy lewd baker.

I loved comin up with her! I imagine shes got her own bakery, but sticks out from Sugarcube Corner with her more refined/fancier treats, despite her being far from refined. Because her work is usually more of special orders rather than constantly serving customers, shes got lots of alone time in the shop to work on special orders, experiment with recipes, catch up on sleep after a busy night, and just kinda goof around. Her bids of sillyness have definitely caused more than a couple slips and spills, but when things are real slow and shes got someone for company, all SORTS of messes happen behind the counter. The white splotches on her rump could be dappling OR spilled flower dust, but either way its always there, heh. Shes a little older than the mane six, but being surround by sweets and treats all day, its hard to NOT be energetic, floofy and a bit silly.

The bottom doodles with my initial ideas for the final pic, and ended up going with the sketch showing her after shes tumbled off of a stool reaching for sprinkles on a reaaaally high up shelf, giving quite a view to whoevers peakin into the back room. But hey, enough of my rambling! If you like her, check out the Sugar Star toy on BD!"

  • I really like her Brae. Well done indeed.

I personally find myself visiting her quite often. Everything she has to offer is very enjoyable. Sometimes what I ask for takes quite a while to prepare, but in the end, being able to finally experience the plethora of sweet warm goodness she has to offer after such a long wait is more than worth it. And Sometimes, I find that the longer I wait, the more pleasantly surprised I am in the end, Especially when given ample time to add her own special cream to the treat.

And the best part is, no matter what time of day (or night) I come in she is always at the ready, eager to serve me.

But I'm assuming you wanted to know about her baked goods instead, yes?

  • Of corse there is the obvious nsfw stuff. But I think her design and personality would work well in allot of safe stuff as well.

You get one e621. I can't give you an internet, but you get an e621 instead

Yay! One e621 and One cookie will suffice!

ok, you get 2 cookies or a pie with your e621. Also, though maybe I shouldn't explain your joke, but I just find it so funny how you wrote so similarly to the ad itself, even with the 'but you want to hear about baking' line

    Two cookies it is! YAY!

    Commentary Jokes:

Yeah, thanks. I'm glad you liked it.

Thing is, I did actually buy my own Sugar Star the first day it was available. Then when I saw this post later on, I thought about how clever the ad itself was and also how funny the artist's (Braeburned) jokes usually are on-site.

I quickly thought to myself, "How can I pay tribute to both of those things while also giving my own review of the product in a very clever way?" Two minutes later I typed it out and posted it.

It seems my brain is surprisingly fast at creating jokes, but it's not nearly as fast when solving simple problems IRL.

And thanks again for the Cookies and e621. (I've got to get some milk and look at some teat posts to properly enjoy these now!)

I'll admit I couldn't bring myself to buy one if I wanted to. I've not the stable income to get one and It's a nightmare to think of someone finding it. Really that goes for anything sexual tbh.
