well currently yes hermaphrodites have health issues so to make a fully functioning herm one would have to fuck around hard core with basic human genetics but there are other species who are both male and female at the same time so we know it could be possible recreate this in humans. (If you can't tell i study genetics and many other slimier fields as i'm a genetics engineer (at least soon to be and i love seeing how the furry world could be possible in reality but not the "You should be dead" penetrations often found on this site))
