For a long time, the only translation of JoJo Part 4 was by a Chinese kid for a class he was in. You can imagine this wasn't the best translation. The line "What a beautiful Duwang!" happened because the kid took "Morioh", the name of a town, and read the symbols as "duwang", so he put that instead. What he's actually saying is "What a beautiful town!"

I only recently came into the JoJo fandom though, so someone please correct me if I'm wrong in something.
