    Swallowing cum doesn't have to do with her testicle size, only how much cum is stored does. She is a Kui-tan, and one of the things about her race is that they don't stop producing cum, so their balls swell up.

    Well swallowing cum does effect Kui-tans ball size indirectly, becouse when a Kui-tan swallows cum it cuases there own bosy to produce cum faster.

    I feel like the leaf on her head is an Animal Crossing reference, because that's what items look like in your inventory in Animal Crossing, and Tom Nook is a Tanuki.

    The leaf is common iconography in ancient lore surrounding tanuki. Being the illusionist tricksters they are, they will use leaves to pass as other things, like money. The whole reason items turn into leaves and back again in Animal Crossing is because of tanuki magic.
