Why is Eevee flying? I mean I guess it could be a type of jump...but I'd imagine a jump be more wide spread of the body and looking like a jump not an air walk...idk...but it's cute none the less...

It's a simple jump or leap. The perspective from the picture's viewpoint just makes it look higher than it actually is.
