Cleaning Up

Bit of a sequel of sorts to this doodle.

Still testing out style stuff. I didn't really change the anatomy much- mostly just changed the eyes and emphasized the muzzle a bit more... slightly longer legs. I kind of like the cartoony proportions with the bigger head 'n such, but I figure if I draw the faces just a little less 'toonish, they match up with the body style I have quite a lot better.

Drawing-wise I suppose this isn't too different from how I've always done things, maybe I just gotta figure out how to do more simplistic shading. I can get a bit caught up trying to add muscle and bone when shading things more like a simple sphere or tube might look better. I shall be experimenting with this a bit over the next day or so...

Anyway, I know this isn't too exciting or different, but it's a style experiment more than anything, so if you feel so inclined lemme know what you think!
