I first thought it was drool too. But then I thought it is too much for drool. And if you see what with Nick happened (juries at the ear and eyes, internal juries from Judys kick, like broken rips and maybe some other organs which lead to internal bleedings and his following coma) then it is more probably bleed he is spitting)
