The image's gender is tagged male on both FA sources, the description which is also posted here says "Rikki is a really cute guy. And so am I!", the title is "I put on that bikini you got me! (crossdressing)", and you can even see his dick barely fitting into the bikini bottom(as well as his lack of boobs). The whole point of the image is that one guy is getting a boner over his girly friend crossdressing.
