A. That's not necessarily their locker room. B. Some are boys, some are girls. They just got invited to join the fun.

They invited the swim-team in for shenanigans, they're breaking the rules because they're rebels like that. Seriously though, we can't really tell if the otters are male or female. But that one on the phone... if that's not a girl, he's as twinky femboy as they get.

The straight parts pretty much ruin the entire comic, to be honest.
