yes. the tail. just as the pikachu, the raichu has a slightly different shape in the tail but it isn't as noticeable since it's just a small amount of the tip getting clipped off on females. being a gen 1 pokemon the differences are actually a new thing added later so it's easy to miss. hell i dont think it even really matters since the difference is so unnoticable
