A creature with an inorganic body, specifically some kind of mineral.
Variants
- A body made entirely of inorganic matter.
- An organic creature with inorganic matter growing from and covering their body.
Observations
- The following materials are considered minerals:
- Mineral fauna can be made from a mix of the listed materials.
- Generally what is considered as "mineral fauna" are those that have naturally came into existence as opposed to being created.
- Artificial constructs are generally excluded from being labelled as "mineral fauna".
- Some exceptions exists such as golems and living statues.
- Not all golems are considered mineral fauna as some are made from organic materials (such is the case for flesh golems and wood golems).
