A character directly or indirectly stating through dialogue or symbols that they are heterosexual, that they wish to engage in heterosexual activity, or are explicitly described as heterosexual.

This tag has nothing to do with the orientation of the characters, and it gets added as long as someone openly says that they are heterosexual— thus, 'stated heterosexuality'. Examples include a character saying "I'm straight" in reference to sexuality.
