Scary Monsters ((スケアリー・モンスターズ) is the Stand of Dr. Ferdinand and later Diego Brando in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Part 7: Steel Ball Run.
Scary Monsters is a phenomenon type stand lacking a physical form separate from the user. In fact, the stand and the user are one in the same. Scary Monsters turns its user into a weredinoasur. The user can partially or completely transform themselves into a creature resembling a Utahraptor and can infect other humans into turning into raptors as well. They can use their new physiology to greatly enhance movement speed and physical strength as well as potentially create a small army of raptors.
In the case of Diego, his raptor form heavily resembles an outdated illustration of a utahraptor with the checkered cyan pattern of his turtleneck sweater all over his scales. The stripes on his back repeatedly spell the word "DIO" and his back is covered with ball-tipped spines that resemble his blonde hair.
