Micro describes characters who are "unusually tiny" in comparison to the world around them. A micro character is much smaller than average human size — with a height best measured in centimetres or inches.
Important Note:
- Normal sized characters interacting with clearly "giant" macro characters should not be considered micro
- A normal sized character interacting with a micro sized character is not macro
- Use extreme size difference and macro OR micro as appropriate
Micro art often features these tiny characters using household objects in unconventional ways (such as using a tea cup as a bath, or a pin as a sword), or interacting with normal sized characters — especially in ways that are perilous, uncomfortable or even deadly for the micro character, such as being used for sexual gratification against their wishes, being crushed or eaten alive.
Extremely small characters should be tagged as nano
