Character: mrs hudson
The housekeeper at 221B Baker Street from the Sherlock Holmes stories by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. In the context of e621, most likely her canine anthro form from the early 80s cartoon series "The Adventures of Sherlock Hound".
Though drawn in a somewhat rough freehand manner reminiscent of the characters of Dogtanian, in-universe she's seen as something of a hottie. Almost every man she encounters falls immediately in love (or worse); and, as a well spoken, polite yet assertive and seemingly childless widow with skills in housework, cookery, aviation and unexpected ass-kicking, would be quite the catch if she let anyone get close enough to take her husband's place.
Slim, light furred and blonde haired (past shoulder length, but usually drawn up into a bun with optional hat), she is usually found in a yellow summer dress (or what passes for one in Sherlock Hound's strange Victorian/Edwardian era mashup), or pink full-length dress with a pinafore apron. Which never gets dirty, ever - a magical power she shares with other Miyazaki heroines.
