Allan is an original Incineroar character created by Zourik, his first appearance was in the Family Moments image set, then in the comic Family Moments.
He also appeared in several other comics... Notably, in the comic Family Memories (where he is the protagonist)

Allan is a male Incineroar, he has green eyes with yellow sclera, he has red eyebrows, a red nose, and a red beard.
He's also muscular.

He's the first son of Michael and Jessica, and he is the older brother of Dylan.
He also dates Chris and is the ex-boyfriend of Ethan

The comic Family Memories reveals that he also has a stepfather named Edward (whose stepson he is).
