Can notice her mostly due to a simple pink ribbon she wears ... too bad the eevee is much common like other eevees, only the forms are unique.

Ruka can be feral or anthro.

Ruka_vaporeon should had been tagged differently to avoid confusion when seeing her as an eevee or shaymin but the owner has gotten lazy and left it as is.
