A white puff coming from a diaper, typically due to movement of the wearer, or from contact with another object such as a hand or another diaper. These usually represent air movement or a puff of baby powder that has been shaken free. Not to be confused with a fart, which are typically depicted in tandem with a fart_cloud or relevant sound_effects.
