When a mishap happens to someone's clothes, such as: a bra or bikini_top snapping off; tube_top slipping down, that exposes some or all of the breasts and/or nipples; pants and/or underwear slipping off or a towel sliding off revealing butt and/or pussy/balls/penis. Usually accidental.
