Amialido "Lido" Amdodo is an armadillo created by Lendri Mujina strongly influenced by the silent cartoon era.

Narratively speaking, he was created in 1917 by an injured World War I veteran, where he starred in numerous cartoons and adaptations over the following century. In reality, he was created in 2022, his name coming from nonsense text while experimenting with AI generation . He was designed for the purpose of being relatively easy to draw, his body consisting mostly of rounded, flexible shapes.

He wears a bow tie only, and can curl into a ball to move faster. He typically gets along with everyone, but can have a snobbish, selfish outlook at times. He cares deeply about his best friend and girlfriend Shielle Spineback, who frequently accompanies — or initiates — his misadventures.

Originally only drawn in black-and-white to reflect the time period he debuted in, his color scheme was decided by Telem.
