Quaxwell (ウェルカモ Welkamo) is a Water-type Pokémon introduced in Generation IX. This Pokémon is classified as the Practicing Pokémon.
It evolves from Quaxly (starting at level 16) and evolves into Quaquaval (starting at level 36).
Physical appearance:
Quaxwell is a mainly white and light blue duck with almost entirely yellow legs. It has a large tuft of blue feathers on its head, acting as a haircut. Its tail is larger than its previous evolution: Quaxly, with three blue feathers sprouting from it.
Its eyebrows seem almost always furrowed, and it holds itself like a ballet dancer, even in combat.
Like Quaxly, Quaxwell is a perfectionist, especially when it comes to its haircut, which it cleans whenever it can.
This Pokémon is inspired by the famous ballet dance and behaves as such at all times, even during its attacks when the duck kicks and jumps while spinning around.
