The tambaloslos is a creature from Philippine mythology. They possess large mouths and large penises and, like the will-o'-wisp of European lore, confuse and misguide travelers, making them lose their way or end up going in circles. The only known way to fend it off is to take off one's clothes and wear it inside-out, causing the tambaloslos to find it so hilarious it'll laugh itself to death.
