When a character commits an act of obscenity in public, by performing something lewd or otherwise doing something that people would consider offensive and/or immoral.
To distinguish this tag from public nudity/exposure, streaking, and flashing, this tag could instead be used specifically for posts featuring characters that clearly do not approve of the offending character's inappropriate actions or state of undress by responding negatively to them or calling for the authorities. Alternatively, there could be a character with authority giving chase or arresting the offending character for their obscene crime.
