This tag specifically refers to a non-damaging Normal-type Pokémon move in which the user makes itself attractive to make the target become infatuated with the user.
If a Pokémon has an infatuation status condition, there's a 50% chance that its move will fail, likely due to it being too distracted on admiring its target.

Canonically, this move only works if the target is the opposite gender of the user, but this could be disregarded if the post implies that the targeted Pokémon isn't heterosexual.
Pokémon with the Oblivious or Aroma Veil ability are immune to this move.

How exactly does a Pokémon perform Attract is up to the artist's interpretation.
Safe posts would depict the user teasing or being cutesy.
Questionable posts would show the user being seductive or suggestive.
